1) How much do birthday packages cost?
Birthday celebrations at Vignette Gardens depend on guest count, menu, bar, entertainment, décor, and date. We offer a simple payment plan (up to 6 installments) and your first payment acts as the deposit to secure the date. Weekday dates often provide additional savings, subject to availability.
2) What’s included, and can we customize the look?
Our all-inclusive packages can cover venue rental, planning support, elegant rentals (linens, tableware, Chiavari chairs), signature décor (chandeliers, greenery installations), full catering, premium bar, and service staff (waiters, bartenders, security, day-of venue specialist). Everything is customizable—from color palette to tablescapes and entertainment. Prefer to build your own team? We also offer venue-only options and are happy to coordinate with your approved vendors.
3) How many guests can you accommodate?
We comfortably host 30 to 200 guests. Cocktails in the garden flow into dinner and dancing beneath our rounded, greenhouse-style canopy—so you get an open-air feel with the comfort of a covered space.
4) What happens if it rains?
You’re covered, literally. Our greenhouse-style canopy keeps the celebration protected, and we create a bespoke Plan B for every event (layout adjustments, covered photo spots, and thoughtful transitions) so weather never steals the spotlight.
5) What’s the typical event timeline—and when can we access the venue?
A classic evening runs 5:00–11:00 PM with set-up access beginning as early as 9:00 AM. Need more time? Extended hours are available as an add-on. We’ll map the flow: arrival, toast, dinner, and dancing, so the night feels effortless from first guest to last song.
