  • A brief disclosure is provided at the start of each call. You may request not to be recorded; where feasible, we will use an alternative intake method.
  • Captured data (e.g., name, phone, event details) is stored in secure business systems (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRM) for internal use.
  • We may use third-party providers for speech processing, text-to-speech, analytics, and messaging consistent with this Policy.

Do not share highly sensitive information (e.g., government IDs, medical records, or full payment card numbers) via phone, forms, or chat. We do not require such data to process event inquiries.
